It is a movie about a few bothers, which are high billies. They make moon shine for the town and outter towns for money. They are told that they have to start paying taxes for moving the moon shine around the country. They rebealed and started to fight back against the offices that are asking for the money.
The story is a little slow and could have been made a lot shorter. There is little side stories within the movie where the bother Jack falls in love with a church girl and can't get with her because her dad is the preacher.
